Another semester is ending, and if you are like me, you are cramming for final exams and adding the finishing touches to your term papers. Hopefully, you all have had a good semester and are looking forward to enjoying a nice summer break.

What a busy month this has been for the Kehlenbeck Family. My classes at UTPB are going very well and I am looking forward to wrapping up my Human Resources and Industrial Health courses next week and beginning the 2nd eight-week course load in March.

It dawned on me that sometimes we force ourselves into a degree plan or a perceived career path because of expectations of a high-paying job or societal norms. All the while, our true self is not at all aligned with the bright idea that our brain is concocting.
